Delete your account
You can request deletion of your SimchaZall.com account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to make a request, what is deleted, what we are required to keep, and how long the process takes.
1. How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to info@simchazall.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use a subject line such as "Account Deletion Request" and include your account name so we can locate your records.
- We may follow up to verify your identity before processing the request, to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
- No login or app installation is required to make this request.
2. What Data Is Deleted
- Your account record, including your login credentials.
- Your profile information, such as your name, contact details, and business details.
- Your saved preferences and settings.
3. What Data Is Retained and Why
- Booking records, invoices, and payment records are retained where required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Retained records are kept only as long as those obligations require, and are not used for any other purpose.
4. Response Time
- We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
- If we need more information to verify your identity or locate your account, we will contact you at the email address you wrote from.
