- A booking fee is charged at confirmation based on the vendor's pricing.
- The remaining balance is paid directly to the vendor under the vendor's payment terms.
- Vendors are solely responsible for managing and collecting the remaining balance.
- SimchaZall.com does not process or hold the vendor's remaining balance.
4. Fees
- Vendors agree to SimchaZall.com's booking fee structure.
- The booking fee is collected from the customer and deducted from the vendor's total charge.
- No booking fee is charged unless a reservation is confirmed.
5. Cancellations and Disputes
- Customers and vendors are expected to communicate directly regarding cancellations and disputes.
- SimchaZall.com is not liable for refunds or disputes beyond the booking fee.
6. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided "as is."
- We are not responsible for vendor performance, event outcomes, or damages resulting from use of the site.
